This Privacy Policy explains how Face Swap Go (the "App", "we", "us" or "our") handles information when you use our AI photo and video face-swap features. Please read it together with our Terms of Use. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
1. Information We Handle
- Photos, videos and face images you select. The App accesses only the media you choose for a face-swap, preview, download or sharing action. We do not scan your gallery in the background.
- Anonymous account information. The App may create an anonymous OpenID or similar device-based identifier to keep your coins, membership, works, purchase status, support requests and security records working properly. We do not require your name, email, phone number or password to use the core App.
- Device and app information. We may process device model, operating system, app version, language, region, network status, Android ID, Advertising ID, crash or error information and basic service logs.
- Purchase and reward information. If you buy coins or membership, or use rewarded ads, we receive records needed to verify the purchase or reward. Payment card details are handled by Google Play or the relevant app store, not by us.
- Support information. If you contact us, we process the information you send so that we can respond.
2. How We Use Information
We use information only for reasonable App purposes, including to provide face-swap processing, upload and store selected files when needed for a requested task, show and save results, manage anonymous accounts, coins and memberships, verify purchases, provide optional rewarded ads, prevent fraud or abuse, fix bugs, maintain security, respond to support requests, and comply with law or app-store rules.
3. Media, AI Output and Biometric Data
Face swapping uses the photos, videos and face images that you actively select. These files may be uploaded to our servers, cloud storage or media-processing providers when needed to complete the feature you requested. We do not sell your selected media, and we do not use it to identify you as a real-world person.
The App may detect face location and facial features only to create the requested swap. We do not create a permanent faceprint or biometric identity database for identifying people. Results are synthetic media and may be inaccurate or misleading if used without context.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use service providers for hosting, cloud storage, media processing, diagnostics, security, advertising, consent management, billing and app-store services. These providers process information only as needed for their services and may also apply their own terms and privacy policies.
- Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and Google UMP for optional rewarded ads and advertising consent.
- Google Play services and Google Play Billing for Android purchases, subscriptions and account-related platform functions.
- Cloud, storage, network and media-processing providers needed to operate the face-swap service.

5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, app stores, payment processors, advertising partners, professional advisers, authorities or rights holders when needed to operate the App, complete a transaction, investigate abuse, enforce our terms, comply with law, protect users or protect our legal rights.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required for payment, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, legal claims or dispute handling. Media and generated results may be removed after processing or after the retention period set by the service. Please save any result you want to keep. We are not responsible for recovering files you delete, fail to save, or lose from your device.
7. Your Choices
- You can allow or deny photo, video and storage permissions in your device settings. Some features will not work without the required permission.
- You can reset or limit the Android Advertising ID where your device supports it.
- Where advertising consent is required, you can review or change choices through the App or your device settings when available.
- You can stop using the App at any time. If you do not want the App to process information, please uninstall it.
- You may request account deletion or privacy assistance by using in-app support or emailing us.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children. Do not use the App if you are under the minimum age required by your local law or app-store rules. Parents or guardians who believe a child has used the App without permission may contact us.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no app, network or storage system is completely secure. You use the App at your own risk and should keep your device and account access secure.
10. International Processing
Information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards allowed by applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy when the App, providers, legal requirements or business needs change. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the App.
