Just so you know
Deleting your account is permanent. Once it's gone, your profile, coin balance, saved works, and membership benefits can't be recovered.
Option 1: The fastest way — right inside the app
If you still have Face Swap Go installed, this takes just a few taps:
- Open Face Swap Go on your device.
- Tap on Profile in the bottom navigation.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account in the danger zone.
- Confirm that you'd like to proceed, and submit your request.
Once you confirm, the app signs you out right away, clears your local login info, and submits the deletion request to our servers.
Option 2: Already uninstalled? Drop us an email
If you no longer have the app or can't open it, our support team can take care of it for you manually:

Subject line: Face Swap Go account deletion request
Please include your User ID (the code shown on your in-app Profile screen, if you remember it). Please never send passwords, credit card info, or personal photos over email.
To protect your account and make sure nobody else asks to delete your data, we might ask a quick question to verify that the account belongs to you before wiping it.
What actually gets deleted?
- Your account profile: Your user identifier, any remaining coin balance, and your membership status.
- Your photos, videos & swap tasks: Media files you uploaded and any temporary processing records on our servers will be permanently cleared out.
- Local data on your phone: Stored login tokens and cached settings on your device are wiped by the app.
A couple of important things to keep in mind
Got an active Google Play subscription? Deleting your account doesn't automatically cancel subscriptions or trigger a refund. Google handles all billing directly, so remember to cancel any active plan in your Google Play Store settings so you aren't charged on your next cycle.
Records required by law: A few basic transaction, fraud-prevention, or tax records may need to be retained for the minimum period required by applicable regulations. Everything else is cleared.
